NEW YORK AP 鈥?Scholastic Inc. has appointed a successor to longtime president and CEO Richard Robinson, who died last month. Peter Warwick, an independent director since 2014 on the children publisher board, will begin stanley thermos his new job Aug. 1. Bowling Green High School is being recognized on the 2024 AP School Honor Roll.According to the Bowling Green Independent School District, key metrics for this recognition include the school success with encouraging students to take part in AP courses, earning college credit and supporting career readiness through AP courses.BGISD stated the follow stanley cup ing regarding the achievement:43% of the BGHS graduating Class of 2024 took at least one AP exam during high school.32% of the graduat stanley cup ing class achieved a score of three or higher on at least one AP Exam.13% of BGHS graduates took five or more AP exams, including at least one in 9th or 10th grade.The district said College Board Advanced Placement Program allows students to pursue college-level studies with the opportunity to earn college credit, advanced placement or both while in high school.Twenty advanced placement courses are currently available at Bowling Green High School.Connect with stanley cup News 40Follow @wnkytvDownload the WNKY News 40 Weather App
