UPDATE:On April 27, 2016 a stanley cup t about 3:15 a.m., the Oswego County Sheriffs Office investigated a one vehicle crash on Interstate 81 in the town of Parish.A 2014 GMC pickup truck, operated by 23 year old Alexander J.
